Implications of ADR 2015 on asbestos transport

Don't forget that ADR 2015 comes into force today across Great Britain.  
 
Consequently, you must now use the 2015 'proper shipping names', on all hazardous waste consignment notes for fibrous asbestos. 
 
Also, if you operate a transfer station, details of any waste (in or out of your transfer station) accompanied by a waste note which does not conform to the new requirements must be accepted, but noted in the Site Diary and the company advised of the issues.
